děkujeme, že jste si našla čas a napsala hodnocení. Mrzí nás, že Váš pobyt nebyl k Vaší plné spokojenosti. Ráda bych podotkla, že Váš pokoj neměl manželské lůžko. V žádném pokoji ve Švamberském domě nejsou manželská lůžka. Váš pokoj měl dvě samostatné postele dané k sobě a třetí samostatné lůžko, tudíž Váš požadavek na twin pokoj byl z naší strany splněn. Dear Sir: Thank you for being our guest and for taking time to review our hotel. Our hotel is located in the center of medieval town from 14th century. Parking the car inside the town is not permitted (for anybody). The streets in 14th century were not made for cars! Guests from all hotels inside the town center (not just our hotel but all hotels) have to park their cars outside of the center. The absence of cars parked everywhere is what makes the authentic atmosphere. And walking the 10 minutes distance or so is very beneficial. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Hezký prostorný apartmán. Poloha zcela v centru.

  • Personál bez zájmu o hosta. Večer hluk z okolních barů a diskotéky. Snídaně velice špatná - jak co do výběru, tak i do kvality.
